With over 30 years of combined expertise in strategic negotiation, marketing and sales, Cynthia Harper and Natalie Ward are highly regarded for their exceptional business acumen, market knowledge, and sound advisement. Cynthia and Natalie are ensconced in the local community, so giving back is important to them. A portion of their commissions go toward the Lenny Wilkens Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs, Hopelink, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Make-a-Wish Foundation and the Girl Scouts of Western Washington. (They also happily donate to any local organizations or causes their clients feel passionate about!) As Bellevue residents for well over a decade, Cynthia and Natalie are blessed to live at the convenient and invigorating epicenter of it all: the Downtown Park is their backyard, Meydenbauer Bay is outside their front door, and they adore the world-class restaurants and businesses close by. They are often found sharing bubbly and wine at their favorite local spots including Sothebys new Bar Moore, taking to the seas by sailboat, teeing off at local courses, or hitting the ski slopes whenever time permits. They are also avid travelers—having visited 39 countries and counting.

Through every transaction and sale, one thing always shines through: Cynthia and Natalie LOVE what they do. Whether they’re celebrating with clients over champagne or rolling their sleeves up to step in and help a vendor get the job done, they always approach the situation with smiles on their faces and gratitude in their hearts.
